IN-SCHOOL PROGRAMS
NPF has a long, fruitful history of customizing music programs for NYC public schools. Since 1998, our In-School String Program, funded by the NYC Department of Education, has served over 35,000 Pre-K through 12th grade public and charter school students.
Our team collaborates with school principals and staff to customize curriculum to meet the needs of each school while adhering to the New York City Department of Education’s Blueprint for Teaching and Learning Music. These classes culminate with the annual Fiddlefest Performance.
