ATTENDANCE/MAKE UP

If the student is unable to attend a lesson, NPF must be notified 24 hours in advance. Missed lessons due to the teacher's absence will be made up. Only one excused absence, for which the teacher or NPF has been notified 24 hours in advance, is allowed per semester and will be made up by the teacher during appointed make-up week. An unexcused absence is one in which NPF has not been given 24 hours' notice and will therefore not be made up. If a student is absent for three consecutive weeks, the student may be dismissed from NPF.

NPF reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.  In such cases, all unused tuition fees will be refunded.  If NPF cancels a lesson or class due to a teacher's absence or bad weather, the class will be rescheduled or a credit will be given at the discretion of NPF.
