Registration Guide for the 30/45/60 MINUTE PRIVATE LESSONS ONLY!
Two ways to start a booking, either A. Create an account first, or B. Booking the program first.
A. Create an account first:
-Click “Sign In” and then “Sign Up” at the bottom of the pop-up screen
-Enter in following info:
-Parent/Guardian Name
-Phone
-Additional Parent/Guardian info (if different from person registering)
-Medical Treatment/Contact/Media Permissions
-How did you hear about NPF?
-Preferred language
-Create a password
-Confirm password
-In the “Customer Area” select “New Booking”
-Select the Private Lesson that corresponds with your program
-Select the number of people
-CHECK THE “REPEAT” BOX!**
-Select the date and time for the first week only
-Select the instrument
-Confirm info is correct
-Select participant
-Enter in following info for Course Participant:
-Student Name
-Instrument
-Student Date of Birth
-Student Age
-Student Current Grade
-Student Home Address
-Student Medical Conditions
-Dismissal Method
-Emergency Contact Name
-Emergency Contact Relationship with Student
-Emergency Contact Email
-Emergency Contact Phone Number
-Click “Next”
-Click “Checkout”
-Confirm the info and dates are correct
-Read the Cancellation Policy
-Check the “I agree” box
` -Click “Pay now and confirm your booking!”
-Page will re-direct to PayPal
-Complete payment through Paypal
-Click “Confirm Booking!”
-Redirected to “Booking Confirmed” page with info
-Check your email for the confirmation!
NO PRIVATE LESSON TIME IS CONFIRMED AT TIME OF BOOKING, ONLY AFTER APPROVAL BY NPF STAFF DUE TO ROOM AND STAFF AVAILABILITY
**REPEAT is a very important function so we can accurately update your lessons for the school year. Once confirmed you will receive an email with the correct dates/times for your lesson. The initial dates/times do NOT reflect closures due to holidays. IF YOU DO NOT CLICK REPEAT YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL YEAR SCHEDULE!!!
